Technical Details

1. Remove bumper corner screws and pull liner aside for access.

2. Unbolt old bracket from radiator frame; release lower clip.

3. Slide new bracket into the lower slot, align upper hole, insert bolt.

4. Torque bolts to 6 Nm; refit liner and bumper screws.

5. Check that shroud sits flush and doesn’t foul the fan blades.
