Technical Specifications

1. Inspect & Flush: Drain and flush the cooling system per manufacturer instructions.

2. Mix: Combine equal parts APC-G36-1L concentrate and deionized water.

3. Fill: Pour mixture into the radiator or expansion tank to the marked “Full” level.

4. Bleed: Run the engine with heater on high to expel trapped air; top up as needed.

5. Monitor: Check coolant level and freeze point annually or at each service interval.

Installation Overview

1. Drain old coolant into a suitable container and dispose of according to local regulations.

2. Flush the system with clean water until clear, then drain.

3. Fill with the prepared APC-G36 mixture.

4. Bleed air pockets via bleed valves or by running the engine with the cap off (refer to vehicle manual).

5. Inspect for leaks and verify correct thermostat operation before regular use.
